An offensive slogan has been found written with what appears to be permanent marker on a bollard on a pedestrian walkway close to Gordon Avenue.
The racist piece of graffiti saying “No Blacks” was found written on a bollard in the small lane that connects Gordon Avenue and Westwood Road in Portswood.
This comes in the wake of a Nazi symbol being smeared across a bridge in Winchester.
